We are ready for the Atlassian Summit and bring a lot of nice new features with us. If you also coming to the Atlassian Summit, we'd love to meet with you! Our booth number is I16. Come by and say hi!
Customer information in the Jira issues and Confluence pages
We are really excited about a couple of new features we are releasing for Atlas CRM. One of the new features enables you to display more customer information inside issues and pages. You are now able to open a customer profile inside issues and pages and see all the information you have about your customer. All you have to do is click on the contact or company.
A tiny teaser: It will soon be possible to view linked issues, pages, sales and comments from the Atlas CRM issues panel.
Create your own sales template
Gathering information for your sales is no longer limited. You are now able to customize the sales template. Add additional sections and fields which allows you to gather the information you need to close the sale. Ask your admin to configure the template.
New template field type: date
You are now able to add a new field type to all of your templates. The field type 'date' allows you to record imported dates for your customers or sales. We also introduced filters which allow you to filter customers based on the date fields. You can filter for exact dates or date ranges, try it out in the customers overview. Ask your admin to configure the template.
Use Atlas CRM in German, Spanish or Dutch
With Atlassians fast-growing market reaching into far more non-english speaking countries, it's important for Atlas CRM to start supporting different languages. We've gotten a lot of requests to support more users in their native language and are ready to take on the challenge of supporting new languages. The first available languages will be Spanish, Dutch and German.
Want to change your language? Navigate to your Personal Settings in Jira/Confluence and change your language to Spanish, Dutch or German.
