Release notes: Improved overview, link existing issues & more

We are excited to show you all the improvements that 22 of August's update of Atlas CRM contains.

Improved customer overview

You are now able to see to see the links between customers in the overview. Besides being able to quickly navigate to a linked customer you are also able to add new links or remove existing. If you do not want to see this information in the customer overview, you can hide this column like you are able to do for the other columns. From now on, your visible column preference will be saved so that you do not have to configure this every time.

Link existing issues to customers in Atlas CRM

We recently made it possible to create Jira issues in Atlas CRM and link them to a customer. You are now also able to add existing issues to contacts and companies.

Filter based on contact role

You were already able to define roles for contacts in a company. We added a filter which makes it possible to filter customers by their roles.

Custom URLs Jira & Confluence

All custom URLs that you have configured in Jira or Confluence will be available in the Atlas CRM menu. Read all about the application navigator in Atlassian's documentation to configure custom URLs.
